      1. Click on the “Create an order” button.
      2. Provide the recipient’s information: first name, last name, bank, and account number.
  4. Make the payment: Send the required amount in CAD via Interac e-Transfer to our email.
  5. We process your order: Once the payment is received, we deposit the amount in bolivars (Bs) in Venezuela.

  2. However, if the exchange rate decreases, the order will remain at the original rate set when it was created.
  3. If the payment has already been received and the order is being processed (processing status), it will be executed using the original exchange rate at which it was created and confirmed

Processing Time and Availability

We guarantee transfers are processed the same day if we confirm your payment before 5:00 PM (MST time). However, we do our best to process orders within minutes of receiving payment.

Currently, the average time from receiving payment to money being deposited (if all beneficiary information is correct) is 15 minutes.
